This was an online course. There were 5 exams that you could take up to five times and use your book, and take as long as you want. The exams were moderate in difficulty because not all questions were from the bold print in the book and were hidden in the reading, and completed exam questions were not revealed (correct or incorrect), only a score is provided and questions were different on other attempts of the exams. Weekly posting, and commenting, on discussion board topics, a journal (~20 entries) is to be kept by the student and submitted for a grade at the end of the course, and one assignment (media scavenger hunt) is to be worked on and due a little over half way through the course. All that makes up your grade. Course is pretty much self-paced. Great elective class, great instructor, very informative, easy A, and highly recommended.
