Professor Garner's class was great. She made getting up for an 8AM a lot easier. She almost always let out super early, her exams were multiple choice and very simple as long as you reviewed your notes. If the whole class did badly, she curved the grades. She's kind of a pushover, and we could get her to extend the dates to when things were due. She even brought the whole class muffins at the end of the semester, which was early, because her class has no final! If you're going to have an 8AM, she is the woman to take.

Okay public speaking scares me to death! Ms. Garner is an amazing teacher! My grade in no way reflects the course or the teacher, it was due to my attendance! She grades your speeches very easily and they are nothing to stress about! She tries to make it as comfortable for everyone as possible! You won't regret taking her! :) :) :)

Mrs. garner makes public speaking easy. she is very relaxed and always happy to be there. She gives two exams which are easy and you have 4 speeches to give which are on topics of your choice and you have 2 papers and thats it. she is a great teacher i recommend her!

Mrs. Garner was a wonderful teacher. She lets you out of class at least 20 min early every day. Her tests were really easy. She is a really easy grader on speeches too. She doesnt really care about the time limit. Definetly take Mrs. Garner! She is great!

i didnt open my textbook once the whole semester because she gives you all the notes from it that you will actually need. however you do need to have the workbook to turn in worksheets. the class was not too bad, she is really nice and not intimidating. i probably didnt study more than 10 minutes for any of the tests. try to give speeches about things you actually care about because you'll do a better job that way and probably get a better grade.

I so dreaded this class and getting up in front of people. Ms. Garner is great. She makes you feel so at ease and at home and is so, so helpful. She only goes over the chapters which will truly help you be able to get up in front of the audience and give your speech. She is encouraging, she is outgoing and down to earth and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone since this class is a requirement.

She is really understanding if you forgot to turn something in or if you are sick. Class is almost always out at least 15-20 min early. Sometimes Friday class is canceled. She is awesome.
