Additional Comments |
If you are interested in broadcasting you will absolutely love this class. I can not speak highly enough of Professor Taylor. He comes from years of experience in the field and it shows. He is an amazing teacher and does a great job of making the material fun and interesting. His lectures consist of powerpoints interspersed with videos like "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart" and other amusing tidbits to keep the material engaging. He also provides his notes on BlackBoard in a "fill in the blank" form to make studying easier later on. He really cares about his students and wants them to do well. He will make every effort to work with you if you need help. The last week of class is dedicated to extra credit so if you're having difficulty keeping up with your other classes he is ok with you missing that last week. He also drops your lowest test grade so if you have the grade you want at the end of the semester you don't have to take the final. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone considering taking this class.
