Professor posts notes and problem examples on blackboard, but likes to encourage group work in class. Get help early if having problems, it is very hard to keep up otherwise.

This is the third stats course I have taken and received A's with ease prior. This professor could care less about helping his students succeed. This was an online course. He managed to come accross very rude and bothered when asked for help or explaination after an assignment or exam. I honestly wanted to understand where I went wrong and was met with indifference. Unfortunately, several of my classmates felt the same way. Avoid this professor at all costs.

This class is very hard with little explanation. You are given lecture notes and expected to get it. If you don't he may accuse you of not reading the material. If you are very mathematically minded you may not have problems. If you don't have a mathematical background, good luck. He uses the R software program which involves understanding computer codes.

I'm in the class now, but so far, it's going well. He's a good teacher. His accent takes a little getting used to, but he is overall a good teacher. He makes sure you know the material before he goes on but he wants his class to interact--to talk and ask questions blah blah blah. He's a very helpful teacher and he knows his stuff; I would recommend anyone take him. I have him for a night class one night a week and we have homework every week. It's not hard, but don't expect to just do it right before class. It takes time and effort but you learn the stuff from doing the homework. Take him for stats!
