Additional Comments
Dr. Strow is a young, interesting guy, he doesn't require a textbook and the notes are outrageous. Get ready to draw a hundred graphs. A textbook isn't required, but a subscription to the most boring magazing on the face of the Earth, The Economist, is. The articles are very hard to understand and they all seem to say the same thing, but you btter know them because they are on the quizzes. He gives 7 quizzes, a midterm and final during the semester. Even if you did good in 202, you better work your tail off for a good grade in here. I'd almost rather follow the old-fashioned textbook method then just have my notes for reference.
