If you enjoy working out and you want to learn how to use the machines properly, then weights for women is perfect! Tracy is an awesome teacher, super motivating and easy to get a long with-- as long as you actually want to be there and try. If you slack, you won't be her favorite person.
There's only 2 assignments in the class, and they're pretty easy. I google'd all of my answers.
She takes her job very seriously. I'd highly suggest her to anyone who really wants to take the course. If you're just taking it because you have to, you won't like it so much

This is a pretty easy course. Professor Lane is pretty easy to get along with as long as you show up and participate. There are few notes, most of them being handouts. You can skip the final if you attend all of the class meetings. Gym dress is mandatory.

There is a journal which you need to keep. Write about your physical well-being (<--only) immediately after EVERY class period. Don't lose your journal entries. This is a great social class. For the first half of the semester, you only walk for 20 minutes at a time. Don't eat within an hour of walking, though, or you'll get sick. Take a water bottle with you daily.

Took her for bowling class a couple years back and I recomend her if you are thinking of taking this course. Due to the lack of automatic scoring screens, you must learn to score yourself and she was willing to help me out anytime. She only gives two of three tests and they consists of multiple choice and (if I recall) fill in the blanks. Be prepared to know how to manually score, because you will have to fill out a blank bowling score card for each test which consists half the test grade. Show up and bowl each day and it's an easy A.

If you like walking, this is the class for you.
You start out walking a 20 minute mile and continue that throughout half of the course.
Most of the time, you walk as a group.
The rest of the time, you walk with a partner or two.
Social interactions and physical wellness are what this course is all about.
Don't forget to write a journal entry every day.

This class was a lot of fun. There are only 2 tests, which are very easy. The notes are a few fill in the blank worksheets that she gives you the answers on. If you study those, you'll ace the tests. The rest is just SHOWING UP and bowling. She has a cool accent too :)
