Dr. Nicholson is a very laid back teacher. He does not have an attendance policy, but if you miss class you miss a lot of notes. Tests are open note/open book so that helps. He gives homework assignments that you can correct and turn back in for full credit, as long as you do those and take good notes you can get an A. He only teaches stuff that he thinks you really need to know so it isn't a bunch of crazy stats that you will never use.

He is really a Great Teacher.Though it is Statistics class,it is never a boring.Overall he is a Good teacher

Dr. Nicholson is a great teacher. I had epidemiology as a night class, and I usually hate night classes, but he tried his best to make things interesting. He's easygoing and very laidback. BE WARNED...three things you should know...1.) READ THE BOOK, 2.) know Koch's postulates for the first test, and 3.) be prepared to write a medium length paper and give a short presentation on it!

dr. nicholson is a nice and sometimes funny guy. if you miss class, he lets you copy his notes for that day. he curves grades and sometimes just gives answers to the test. he makes a potentially boring class bearable.
