Mr Lile is a nice man, but not a very good teacher. The first month or two of classes, he would send you home to read a chapter, then the next class meeting he would give each table a piece of paper with questions on it. He would go around the room to each table, and each table was asked to answer the question assigned to them. When they answered, Mr Lile wouldn't say it was right or wrong, but would ramble on about whatever the topic was, so you weren't learning much. He eventually quit doing the "table questions" but he still didn't teach much. He liked to ramble on about the topic without any real structure or PREPARED lecture, so it was hard to determine what to take notes on, and what not to. There is no homework, only exams, and there are only 4 of those, all multiple choice (some required using math, but then you picked the right multiple choice answer). The tests were only 25 questions, so you miss more than 2, and you're out of an A. I didn't even study for one test, didn't go to any of the classes for it, missed the actual test day, and made it up 2 weeks later and made a B on it. Same with the final. Only went to class maybe once or twice before the final, and made a B and didn't study at all. You have to pretty much teach yourself the material in this class. But if you go over his test reviews and understand the questions and answers, you'll do okay, but I wouldn't recommend him unless you have no other choice.
