Dr. Boles is a very nice man who has a vast amount of knowledge about communication.
He has a gruffy voice and takes some pauses when he speaks, so if you take a morning class, it can be taxing to stay awake at times.
Tests are open book, so if you do the work and show up to class, this is an easy course.
