Additional Comments |
This class isn't too bad as long as you stay on top of things. Chris grades quite leniently, so your chances of doing well are very good if you keep up with the assignments. Each week has a project that involves creating or critiquing some sort of marketing item. Most of these were easily done in under 90 minutes but a few may take 2-3 hours to do a good job. You must make at least three discussion board posts each week. There are also approximately two assigned textbook chapters each week, as well as some online articles, but I never did the textbook readings.
There are four untimed open book exams (administered via Blackboard) with multiple choice and essay questions. The "final" is a campaign project that counts for a big chunk of your grade and basically involves combining a bunch of the weekly assignments and tying them all together.
Overall, this class is pretty easy and I would much rather take it online than in a classroom.
