PE classes, in my opinion, should be relatively simple. You show up, you sincerely try, you get an A. However, Professor Mills, though nice, had more points on her syllabus than any of my other classes. We had tons of quizzes (which you need your book to do), you have to keep a weekly journal, you have to create a yoga workout (that includes a paper, and this is with a group which is frustrating) and there's a final. I just think it is a little much for a one credit hour class. Most other PE classes at WKU are effort and attendance based. Take one of them. This isn't a blow off class.
