Dr. Lemerise is very knowledgable about developmental psych, especially children's development. You need to read the assigned chapters before class because she asks the class what topics they would like to discuss. The topics your class chooses are the topics that will be on the exam, and she asks you to submit potential exam questions that she will then use on the exams. On the essay exams, she gives you ten questions and you choose 4. She likes to give questions that involve application of the material to real-life situations. She can be a bit blunt sometimes but overall is a good teacher, and she is willing to help you out and understanding when life can be difficult.
