This man was a great teacher. He would tell stories and jokes, often making us laugh, but he would get things done. His essay tests were no laughing matter, however, but got better during the semester when he would specifically tell us what to study for. He also assigned a 10-page research paper and two, two-page book reviews. His deadlines were very clear and he made sure to remind us of what they were often. He prepared me for college, and while I dreaded this dual credit class the most, I would gladly take it again just to learn the valuable study and test tips again.
