Additional Comments
This was a pretty good class. I learned a lot in it. Dr. Crawford enjoys teaching, so his lectures aren't bad. Some days are more interesting than others, but I guess that is to be expected. He gives a 5 point quiz with clickers every day, but he only counts a certain number of them. So if you miss some classes, it doesn't hurt your grade. But if you attend most of the lectures, you can get extra credit from them. He also let us get 20 points extra credit by attending a lecture at South Campus. The exams were pretty difficult, but if you study for them you can do well. There were 4 or 5 homework assignments throughout the semester. Most of them took less than 30 minutes to complete, and they were primarily centered around helping students understand specific concepts that were going to be on the exam. Between the extra credit and the quiz grades, I was able to bring my grade up from a B to an A, so I would definitely recommend taking this class.
