I highly recommend Dr Skaggs. At first he seemed a little crazy and I was unsure about him, but as the semester went on I really enjoyed the class. He has a daily quiz everyday over the reading for that day, but he allows you to use your notes. If you have perfect attendance for each unit you don't have to take the test. All that he asks of you is to come to class and try and you will at least get a B. I can see my writing skills have improved greatly since the start of the semester.
