Never in all my years of schooling have I had a teacher this horrible. He is completely inappropriate with issues that he talks about, he does not explain assignments he gives you, when taking quizzes over the reading he pulls random questions that are near impossible to answer. He basically does not care about you or helping you get a good grade. As far as the final and midterm go, they're horrible. He pulls random passages from the readings and ask you tell how it is relevant to the story, what story/poem it's from, and the author (and the final is cumulative). DO NOT TAKE HIM.

I have always been an A student when it comes to writing and this was not a course to earn an A by doing A work. I learned absolutely nothing in this class besides what was going on in the students' lives. It was more of a 'gossip/tell about your hard life story' kind of class than learning how to improve your writing skills. This 'professor' had aboslutely no grasp on his classroom at all, and graded based on his interest of your topic. I DO NOT recommend this course. I would rather spend money on a class to TEACH me rather than waste my time.
