Mrs. Sprowl only teaches one class. A night class. She goes over a different Chapter every class and before each one she posts study guides on Blackboard. Just print them out read the chapter and make sure theres nothing that needs to be filled in on the guide, then just listen in class in case she adds something thats not on it and thats all the notes you need. She also posts study guides with the page numbers for the items that are going to be on the test so you can refresh yourself. Also each week there are weekly quizes for 10 points that come from that days lecture and you can help each other, just not use your books or notes. You can bring in a nutrition related news article each week for 2pts extra credit which add up so I strongly recommend bringing one each week. Theres a 15pt extra credit assignment later in the semester and her tests are in class and you need a scantron. They are multiple choice and true false with 4 essay questions for extra credit. There is no reason you should not get an A if you just read the study guides and do all the extra credit you can. Its an interesting class learning about what we eat. I strongly reccommend Mrs. Sprowl.
