I have had Dr. Golla for PH 385 and it was not difficult at all and I really enjoyed the class. This one was different though. IT flowed the same format, however. He would post new content Wednesday and the quiz associated with the content was due by the next Tuesday by midnight. There was also a discussion board or two and a couple of assignments. However, often times the content of the quiz would not match what he had posted. They were really hard sometimes. Also don't be surprised to see stuff on the final and midterm that have never come up before in the semester. All in all, it wasn't THAT hard, but just frustrating enough to not get an A, which sucks.

Online course - never met or had to contact professor.

I took Mrs. Golla for an online course and the test were very hard. You have a assignment almost every week which isn't to bad and she doesn't grade very hard but the test about killed me. If you don't take test very good then don't take her class.

I took this class as a web course. very easy to get an A if you turn in all of the assignments on time. Only tests were the mid-term and final. Dr. Golla was very helpful and understanding if you had a problem with your computer.

This class was interesting, and Dr. Golla is very nice and willing to help any student but sometimes his lectures got a little boring. There was a midterm and a final, a research paper and presentation at the end (which if you follow his suggested format you will get an A).

The topics we learned about were interesting but the way the information was presented by Dr. Golla was somewhat boring (monotone lecture everyday). We did go on field trips to the Water Treatment Plant and Waste Water Treatment Plant. If you study for the tests, you will do well, if not then you will do poorly. There was a term paper and presentation (10 min) at the end of the course.
