Additional Comments |
I am actually still taking the class. So far I have a good grade, but I warn you to please take a lot of what she says with a grain of salt. There have been multiple incidents in which she has given out very bad misinformation to the class. I am a woman, and I am open minded, but I am also one for wanting people to be truthful especially when it comes to medical information. One example included when she stated that there was a male vaccine for HPV, which there is no FDA licensed vaccine for men against HPV, also unlike how she made it out to be both men and women suffer symptoms just men's symptoms are generally internal where they are harder to noticed and diagnose especially since a lot of times there is no obviously different sensation involved or overly noticeable visual sign. Also she stated a lot of facts about prehistoric man that can not be proven what so ever regarding life spans and manner of death. She made it sound like most female cave men died of child birth, which more than likely is untrue, and regardless there is not enough evidence in fossils a majority of the time to be able to tell how individual specimens died. I am actually taking an anthropology class right now which is why I know this. So again take everything she says lightly, and not to heart. I am all for feminine rights and equal treatment regardless of skin color, but I want the battles to be won with truth and complete honesty, and not just unverifiable assumptions.
