Additional Comments |
I have mixed feelings about this class. First off, I put the notes at 'Moderate,' but you'll be better off by taking minimal notes off the board and putting your effort into listening to what she says. The terms on the board are important, but the definitions are more important. Even as an English major, this course was difficult for me; Dr. Logan is fun and a VERY nice person, but when she sets a deadline or tells you to write a paper a certain way, she MEANS it. That wasn't a problem for me, though -- for me, her teaching style just didn't gel particularly well with me. If you're good at grasping specific concepts from a generalized explanation of the subject, you'll be fine, but, if you're like me and tend to do better being GIVEN the specific concept and expounding upon it from there, you may be out of your element.
