Professor Randolph is a WONDERFUL teacher! She's very understanding and she'll work with you, IF you put forth the effort. The material is straight forward. You have about 9 or 10 chapter quizzes, in which by the question, SHE GIVES YOU THE PAGE # in the book of where the answer is! The tests are similar, so they're not hard, AT ALL and you have 3 tries to do them! The material is very interesting as well! She does offer extra credit and she sometimes gives points to students for meeting with her in her office. She'll sometimes look over assignments BEFORE they are due and give you feedback before you turn the assignment in for good. The final exam is all essay, but it's just basically your feedback on the course/topic and some questions about answers you can list. Easy "A"! Take her, she's wonderful!

I took this class online which made it much simpler. Dr. Randolph was a great teacher. The only thing that I did not like about her was that it always took a long time for her to grade assignments. The class had easy work that took very little time. I really enjoyed learning new things in this class. I would recommend taking her class online if it is available.

I took this as a web course, which I recommend for ELED majors. There were a lot of useless assignments that she had difficutly grading bc the large class size. However, for the most part they are simple. She gave 5 quizzes that you can take multiple times (this is what I needed the book for) and she also does about 4 or 5 discussion boards which are very easy. Although I never met the professor (like I said, I took it online) she definitely seemed overwhelmed and like she bit off more than she could chew. However, this class was easy for the most part, an easy way to get credit for a class you don't have time for.

Generally, this class is really easy and you just have to do a couple observations of kids and view their behavior and learn how to document it. You are paired with another student to present one chapter of the book in the semester. There are a few small assignments and then one CPI for the electronic portfolio at the end. It's kind of long and a bit difficult, but not too bad. Dr. Randolph is a great person and very nice, but she was a new professor and that caused bad confusion in our class for the first half of the semester, but she's enjoyable to be around and you can tell she loves what she does.

Mrs. Randolph is really nice and pretty easy. You have various small assignments dealing with plans and observations of behaviors in students that you watch during your observation hours. One bigger assignment near the end. We had TONS of confusion at the beginning of the semester because she was a fairly new professor and didn't know that we weren't yet experts in behavior analysis, but she taught better once she knew. Other than initial confusion, it's an ok class.
