I took this class on-line. It is a very interesting class. The only reason I recieved a C is because I didn't stay on top of things. There are only 5 or 6 assignments the whole semester. You have to post of Blackboard weekly, which I had problems remembering to do (this is worth 25 points of your grade). Overall the class was very informative.

Dwan Graham was a very informed and pleasant teacher. Like everyone else indicated...if it's in one of her study guides, you better know the information.
She offers opportunities to gain extra credit, and it really helps keep your grade up. Also, you can earn three extra points just by not missing any classes, which never lasted the entire time during my night class.
I would recommend this class to anyone interested in nutrition, but don't think it is a breeze, there is a lot of information to learn and memorize.

Mrs. Graham is a great and very informed teacher. She stays on subject and makes things you take for granted in everyday nutrition an interesting subject. As long as you attend class, take notes, and listen carefully to the reviews, you will do fine-no surprises in this class.
