Additional Comments |
This is a very challenging course and Dr. Wolfe is very knowledgeable about the subject matter. The course is difficult mainly because it is 100% estate tax law and this area is very challenging. This course is almost all material that anyone coming into the course has never been exposed, thus a great deal of study is required. There is a mid-term and final exam for the course. The final is not technically cumulative, but all of the information builds on itself, essentially making it a cumulative final. There are attendance quizes and a few other quizzes throughout the semester. Out of 60 people in the class, I was one of 4 A's. You must study intensely and well ahead of time to do decent in this class. You will not pass this course if you do not study. He also offers extra credit for a trip to a financial planners office. This was very informative. Dr. Wolfe does a good job of preparing you for a career in financial planning.
