Additional Comments
After reading other reviews left for Dr. Williams, I found it hard to believe that we were talking about the same person. Dr. Williams is not a bad teacher by any means. During lectures she gives the "hey I'm a mean b*tch" look but if you talk to her she is really nice. If she can not answer any questions that you have in class she will find the answer and promptly email it to you. The reason I think she has been getting so many bad reviews is because until now her computer program that is required for the course was still in the testing phase and previous students weren't required to buy it. This semester was the first time that she required all her students to purchase it. About half of the exam questions come directly from that program so I would recommend splitting the cost with a friend and studying it together. Other than that, just pay attention in lecture and jot down a few notes. I don't even recall using the text and somehow I still managed to pull an A out of the course (and I can assure you that I am not an above average student). Hope I provided useful information. Just relax, try to disregard her poor reviews, and good luck to you.
