This class can become extremely hard if you do not work on your writing skills. You have to read a variety of small books and write papers on them for this class, although I did take the methods class. At first I did not like his grading system but if you talk with him then it is extremely helpful. He is also really fair and funny. If you are not a very good writer then take someone else, but if you do not mind it then he is your man.
