At all costs, DO NOT TAKE THIS PROFESSOR!!!!!!!!! She was completely NOT helpful... she is rude and rolls her eyes at you when you ask her a question. She enjoys making you feel stupid, even if you are asking a legitimate question. NO ONE in the class I was in liked her at all. Her "teaching" style is just talking really fast to a point where you can't hardly understand her... and she expects you to know how to do everything then. She doesn't explain anything thoroughly. The classisn't really that hard as far as the labs, but the midterm was very hard, and I am usually a very good Biology Student and I did very poorly on it. Like I said, DO not take this lady. You WILL regret it.

Avoid this guy if possible, try to get Mason for lab. I have nothing against him as a person, but he does not speak English very clearly which makes learning from him very difficult. As long as you copy what's written on the board and learn ALL parts of the figures they tell you, you'll be okay. Nothing that he talks about in class is ever on the exams either, so study only from the book. Do NOT wait too long to start studying or you will be screwed. The tests are almost all fill in the blank so you have to know what you are talking about, b.s. answers will not work. Use open lab when possible, esp. for the bone exam. Even if you don't have Mason, go find him and he'll help you.
