Additional Comments |
Dr. Carini is an excellent teacher. I am not a science major, nor am I really all that interested in Astronomy, but he is my favorite professor at Western. He really explains things well, and he is very helpful. Although the notes and lectures are often over my head, after a few explanations and diagrams, I can grasp the concepts. If you are going to take Astronomy, I would highly recommend you take it with Dr. Carini, as he is very understanding of non-science majors and their questions. He grades very easily - everything but the exams are graded based mainly on participation and effort.
