This class has a lot of useful information for managers, when they graduate. In most class periods you either work in groups or watch a video. The book is very expense buy online or used, Potter wants you to buy the book with "One Key" its some online program. I never bought it so don't waste your money because you will never use it. Also if you want easy points go to class and participate. She gives crazy points if you get involved in class.
