Ann Goetting has ridiculous expectations. DO NOT TAKE HER!!! Her tests are based mostly on books that she makes you read throughout the course and a little bit of in class bullsh*t that she says (some questions are on videos that she shows because she can't teach worth a damn). She asks questions about the book and if you answer according to the book that does not necessarily mean you will get the answers right. Mostly she just expects that you answer according to what SHE thinks you should. You can't win! Maybe if you can get inside her head and see what she's thinking then maybe you can pass but most of us aren't psychics so good luck! I strongly advise that you pick another elective for sociology and not this one! She's the only teach who offers it and she's crazy!
