I took this course online and that is definately the way to go. There were weekly assignments that included a quiz (can be retaken as many times as you need/want to) and discussion board questions. She gives you a few simple "labs" to complete throughout the semester. There was also a wellness project due at the end of the semester that was fairly simple to do. She's very sweet and funny, too. =)
