This was the second time that I have had Mrs. Hays as a teacher and I definately believe that she is the BEST teacher on Western's Campus. I mean, sometimes the dry humor can leave you baffled, but she really cares about her students and takes time out of class to get to know each and every one of them personally. What other teacher boast the same?
