Additional Comments |
Dr. Paquin is an okay prof. He spends a lot of time telling stories over and over again. He gets off track very easily and talks about things that have nothing to do with the class. The notes are straight from power point. We had seven quizzes during the semester over two chapters. There were no tests. He drops one of the first six quizzes and the seventh quiz is required. Your grade in the class is either the final or your quiz grades, which ever on is higher. I didn't take the final because I had an A from my quizzes. The class is pretty easy. The quizzes are straight from the book, so you have to read the book. I think a grad student even made the quizzes. They are 20 multiple question quizzes. Honestly, you don't even need to go to class if you read the book. Because he gets off track a lot you will be required for chapters he doesn't cover in class. I would recommend taking this class if you are taking psy just for a general ed and not a major in it.
