I just finished this course on the web for Winter Term. It was awesome. All the quizes are web based, open booked and you can take as many times as you want to improve your grade. You do have to post every day but the questions are really opinion orientated and encourage you to start discussions. There was no final and no midterm for the Winter Term class. I definitely say take it over Winter or summer term.
