Additional Comments |
This class is really hard to get an A in, but you will definately learn something. I really enjoyed this class; Dr. Baker was always cheerful (especially for an 8 a.m. class) and he was more focused on us knowing WHY things happened rather than WHEN. There is a quiz every week over the assigned chapter, but they are always straight out of the book and won't kill your grade if you do badly on/miss a few, as they are only worth five points each (usually with a bonus question). As long as you read the book really well, you'll be fine. I'd recommend Dr. Baker for anyone who wants to actually leave the class knowing something about history.
