Mr. Attiogbe was a very helpful teacher. It may be b/c he has a thick accent and he understands not everybody can understand him. He went slow in places that were needed for the class. It's not much, but he makes random silly comments in the middle of his lectures to get a rise out of the class. He's a very good teacher. You should try to sign up for his Macro economics class also.
