Dr. Phillips was pretty good. He's very sarcastic and seems very depressed. He has a very sick sense of humor when it comes to the brutality of history, which appealed to me. His tests are not easy, but they aren't hard either. YOu have to put in a lot of time studying. He really knows his stuff. Overall I would have to give him a good rating.
