He is a great teacher who can relate to his students! i took him as a may term session and although it was alot of material he kept the class engaged and interacted with us. the tests are multiple choice 50 questions and are over the powerpoint notes takin in class. this class is easy if you interact and pay attention. you have to go to this class because of the amount of material that is covered. it is a great class and is fairly easy. we had presentations and they were in groups and went smoothly. it helps prepare the students for a teaching career. I recommend Dr. Boehman he is a great teacher and the class wasn't boring like many psy classes!

Mr. Boehman is one of the nicest professors I've had during my 3 years here at Western. His class is somewhat boring because it is a three hour night class but he does the best he can. There are 3 tests plus the final which are really easy.Plus he puts like a 16 point curve on every tests to make sure nobody got below a 70. This is a very easy A/B as long as you go and half way pay attention.

While I will contribute that Mr. Boehman is a very nice man, I must also say that he is not a very respectable instructor. I wish I had taken a different professor, because this course could and should have been very informative, but instead was boring, unnecessarily difficult, and shoddily taught. Mr. Boehman seemed to always have his mind on other things than education. I don't know what his area of emphasis is -- if he has one -- but I would confidently say that it is not this course material.

Oh, and one somewhat bad or annoying thing, is that he paces. While we take notes and he talks he paces and walks around and you can hear the noise of his shoes. It can be somewhat irritating. You kinda just wanna ask him to stand still or have a seat.
But other than that it's a good class and he is a very kind guy, and very helpful.
