It's a really great course. He's a lot of fun, and makes the material fun and easy to learn. There's a ton of writing, but for the most part, it's fairly easy. Also, there a lot of group work, which can be difficult with busy schedules. He is also flexible if you are unable to make it to presentation.

Mr. Vail is a very nice and respectable teacher. I was overwhelmed at first and he made me feel very good about the class. If we didn't feel good about the grade we did have option to redo as most teachers don't give you that option. I would take another course with him.

Mr. Vail has really had a positive impact on my writing techniques when writing e-mails, memos, and resumes. I really enjoy this class and would recommend it to anyone.

This is probably my favorite class which I am taking this semester. I enjoy the subject matter and the instructor. I feel that this class will definitely be very useful in the future.

This is an awesome class! very informative, I will leave this class with great knowledge in professional writing, which I will have for the rest of my life. Mr. Vail is a very positive instructor who wants his students to learn and do well. I highly recommend this class to all.

This course is a great class to learn professional writing skills. Garrett Vail is a good professor who gives clear and concise information about what he expects and how he grades. It's a writing class mixed with a lot of presentations, which makes it a more interesting learning environment.

I disliked English before I started college, I was very nervous about this course. Mr. Vail put me at ease and taught me very well. I learned so much in this course. Mr. Vail is fun to learn from and makes class interesting.
