Additional Comments |
Dr. Norman is a great teacher. He can take boring topics and make them interesting. While a book is required for the class, it is not needed because he will only test his students on material he covers in class. There are no mandatory papers to write for this class, but there is a bonus paper which can be done for extra credit (5 pages over a historical figure in psychology, 10 for Grad students). There are quizes, usually about 10 multiple choice questions. These are not hard as long as you pay attention in class, and he drops the 2 lowest quiz grades. There are 4 exams, including the final, multiple choice (scantron), short answer, and 1 essay. If you attend class and take good notes, you will get an A in his class.
