Dr. Laves was a wonderful teacher for this course. I loved every minute of his class. He made lecture very interesting. His tests are applied, but if you study the information, you should have no problem doing well on the exams. I really enjoyed this class. The essay questions on the test are not typical essay question, more like short answer.

Dr Laves (Karldog) is an entertaining and thought provoking professor. He has some great advice for students and is an over all great professor. He is an Christian with liberal views but no one can hold that againt him. He is truly one of the best professors you can take at western. 2 thumbs way up for this professor for any course

Dr. Laves was absolutely the best teacher I have had at WKU. He made the subject matter very interesting and easy to understand. If this is a required course or one you just want to take - I would strongly recommend taking it from Dr. Laves - he is great and I learned a great deal from the class.
