Additional Comments |
This class was crap. I went into this class thinking we were going to learn about how to effectively market using the internet, but he ended up requiring us to build an actual website for an actual business. This would be fine if he had actually TAUGHT us how to do this, but he didn't. The worst part is, he selects the group members for you and then makes the project a contest. What ended up happening with our class was he stacked one team with two of his class "pets" and guess who ended up winning the contest which resulted an A for their entire team no matter what they had for a grade at the time? You guessed it, his "pet" team won.
The tests weren't hard since it was a lot of common sense, but I talked with others in my group who had the book and took notes and they told me that he didn't even use the book or notes for a lot of the questions on the test.
Overall this class was totally BS. If you need a marketing class for an elective, chose another class, or better yet, another teacher.
