This class is possibly the most boring in the college of business. He really doesn't teach the course...he taps on a board and reads straight from the notes. What you accomplish in the two hour night class could be done at home. He puts the slides online and still keeps you every minute of every night class. The only upside is that he tells you what will be on the quizzes while in class...that was my only real motivation to attend.

Easy but incredibly boring. Take it if you want an A.

I thought this was a fairly easy course. Take note, however, that if you don't do well with T/F quizzes, you might want to stay away. Each week, there is a "quiz" that consists of about 20 T/F questions. Only two of these quizzes also contained MC questions. These quizzes represent 70% of the grade. You are required to do a group project (he assigns the group and the topic) regarding one aspect of the course (15% of grade). The project does not require a paper, just an oral presentation to the class. The last 15% of the grade comes from the cumulative T/F and MC final. I would highly recommend that you have a book by the time the final rolls around. ;) The quizzes do have a few tricky questions. He does go over the material in class before you take the quiz. If you skim the chapter ahead of time and listen during class, you should do fine. As far as Prof. Paglialunga, he is personable and interested that everyone in the class does well. I'm sure he knows the material as far as using it at his job (he works for GM), but sometime it didn't appear that way in class. If you have to take MGT 314 and do ok with T/F, I would recommend taking it with Paglialunga. It's pretty easy and doesn't require a lot of outside work.

This night class was very easy. I put that the attendance is mandatory, but only because we had a quiz every week over one chapter. We would even go over the chapter before the quiz, so reading the chapter is not absolutely neccessary, but at least skimming it is helpful.
He is very interested in making sure everyone understands the information. Very helpful. Good choice if you need this class, but have an otherwise difficult schedule.
The only thing is, that if you do not take T/F tests very well, don't take this class. All of the quizes were T/F.
