This was a hard class but Dr. Terrant is a great teacher. He is very nice and very helpful to his students. I hate math but managed to make a B in this class by just doing the work and attending class. It actually felt good to understand what was going on and know that if I needed help, Dr. Terrant was always there.

His course was very challenging, but he made it interesting at the same time. The topic he was teaching wasn't the most interesting , but he did make it interesting. 50% of the grade was homework grade, which you could turn in as many times as you want until you get the grade you want. And some of the tests were take home.

Dr. Terrant is a good teacher overall. He really likes students, and is always willing to help. He's a super nice guy. However, sometimes I wish he would explain things a little better, and take more time to go over problems in class. His tests aren't too bad, they always consist of 12 problems of moderate difficulty, nothing hard. The best part is quizzes count as much as tests and they just consist of homework problems. so if you do your homework you've got it made, that's 40% of your grade! I think he's a good teacher, and you could do a lot worse than Dr. Tarrant.
