Dr. Njoku is a teacher that makes you think at the beginning of class that you are treated as individuals, and that he wants you to learn and do well in his class. BUT if your groups didn't do well then you didn't do well. The grades are based on the groups grade (even the ones who didn't participate or hardly ever showed up got a B). We could never figure out his grading system (get a paper back with a B on it and no comments or why you got that grade). He plays favorites. I wish I didn't work as hard as I did on my papers and participation, I could have saved myself some time.
