Additional Comments |
I'll state this blatantly: Dr. Miller is NOT an easy A. She's not even an easy professor. This class has mandatory attendance at several events throughout the semester and mandatory classroom participation. It's a workshop-style class, so you'll be helping a group of 2-4 other students with their work on a personal basis and giving opinions on the works of every single student in the class. IF you ignore this part of the class and stay silent, your grade will suffer. Additionally, Dr. Miller doesn't grade easy. If you deserve a bad grade, you'll get one. If you're continually late, are obviously not trying, or just suck as a student in general, she'll be sure to let you know. However, she's a great teacher -- if you listen, you'll learn, so just be a good student and you'll profit from her classes.
