Additional Comments |
DISCLAIMER! THIS RATING IS COMING FROM SOMEONE WHO IS NOT AND WILL NEVER BE A PHYSICS MAJOR! That being said, 180 is a hard class to take. It took a lot of work and studying outside of class. Dr. Gibson isn't the best teacher, necessarily. However, for someone who randomly decided to take Physics, he was as helpful as he could be. He is very willing to sit and work with you as long as it takes. His notes don't always make sense, and the homework is VERY hard. But, my class noticed, his tests are easier than the homework. The book sucks but all the homework comes from it so you need to buy it. All in all, Gibson is not bad and it would be okay to take his class.
