Dr. Stokes knows exactly what he is talking about and his a very fair professor. However, he is not very willilng to offer a great deal of additional hope. The class consists of purely lecture and if you miss a day you will be lost. If you study everything he says and memorize it perfectly, you should do fine. The material is not that hard, it just requires a great deal of studying.
