This is only the lecture part of the class which is very easy with Do Amaral, you don't have to go to class or print out his massive power points either. All of his tests are online and you take them as many times as you need to in a 3-day period, so essentially you memorize the answers to his questions and you will get an easy A. Warning: If you plan to take A&P 2 and want to actually learn something do not take him. He doesn't teach he just reads off his power points so I would avoid taking him if you want to learn the material.

He is extremely kind and the class isn't hard, you come to class to get participation grades using your clicker points. BUT if you're actually wanting to retain info ... this class won't challenge you. He's pretty lenient, he had emailed me after classes were over and couldn't find my clicker points (I had sold my clicker so there was no way to retrieve the points) BUT when I checked my grade, he still gave me the points... so I received an A overall.

The class is split into 2 classes, lecture and lab. Pedro teaches the lecture. (very easy) 4 exams, he gives u 3 days to do them, which u can take as many times as u need.

wat makes the class hard is the lab...

(taught by someone else.) it's ridiculously hard. tons of memorization, all tests are fill in the blank. and what ur memorizing is 15 syllable words that you've never heard of. I made an A in this class, but worked my ass off for it bc of lab. if u do not need the class, DONT TAKE IT!!! it will only cause u stress, headaches, and lower your GPA

Great teacher!! I loved Jose Pedro! He knows his stuff front and back and he does his best to answer questions and allows extra credit opportunities to make up for the hard lab tests. Take him for a good A&P experience!

Amaral teaches the lecture portion of Anatomy and Physiology I. As far as the lecture portion it is SUPER easy. I brought my laptop to class everyday....and aced the tests because you can take them as many times as you want open book, open note. However, I didn't learn a thing.

Dr. Amaral teaches the lecture portion of Anatomy & Physiology. He gives four exams during the semester, and one accumalative final. You can take each exam as many times as you want open book, open note within a three day period. The final on a scantron and all the questions come from previous exams. The notes are on line. I NEVER used my book. The lecture was extremely easy. I brought my laptop every day during his class. The major downside to his class is that you don't really learn anything at all.

The lab portion of this class is taught by a teachers assistant and is difficult.

Pay attention in class. Do not sleep in class enough you'll be tempted to fall asleep. Notes are on internet, so study thoroughly. Pedro is a funny guy.

I'm a freshman this year and have received relatively good grades in all of my classes except for this one. He does post his powerpoints on blackboard and is extremely nice. However there is too much information to study and make good grades. Some of my fellow classmates have managed to pull it off but no matter how much I study I can't seem to pull it off. It's overwhelming and hard to follow. I would not suggest this class. Wait for Mason!!
