Additional Comments |
Dr Pesterfield is with out a doubt the best Chemistry teacher in Western's Program. If you have any choice at all which Professor to take, take him. He doesn't ramble and is open to questions. He's younger than most of the chemistry professors and is better equipped at teaching at a student's level.
He'll try to scare you the first day, and the class may seem hard at first. But when you look back on it you realize how easy everything you did really was.
The class deals with stoichiometry(converstion factors), atom make up, gas laws, and orbital shapes. I advise any science majors to take it their first semester.
Course 222 College Chemistry II uses the same book and lab book as 120. Also the final for 222 is cumulative over both 120 and 222, so save all of you notes.
