Additional Comments |
I really like Plummer. There are a lot of notes, and a couple of research papers, but that goes for any western civ. class. She's an excellent teacher who displays a great deal of interest in what she's talking about. The tests are reasonably sane, the essays aren't killer. The lectures started off kind of boring, but by the time we hit Greece and Rome, things really picked up. If you can stick with this class, it makes for a pretty good experience.
